What’s New at Heartsong

 

August-September 2007: Jackie, Ch. Heartsong Remembrance, RN (pending AKC approval) was Winner's Bitch and Best of Winner's at the Northern Kentucky Kennel Club show on 8/31/07 at the Bluegrass Cluster over Labor Day weekend in Lexington, KY. She was also Winner's Bitch, Best of Winner's, and Best Opposite Sex on 9/2/07 for a 3 point major to finish her championship. Jackie is owned by Karen Lesley.
 
Nickel, Ch. Heartsong First Edition, JH was Best of Breed and Sporting Group 3 on 8/31/07 at the Northern Kentucky KC show. He was also Best of Breed on 9/2/07 at the Northern Kentucky KC show, and 9/3/07 at the Mid-Kentucky KC show he was Best of Breed and won a Sporting Group 2.
 
Nina, Ch. Heartsong Closing Argument, was Best of Breed at the Lexington Kennel Club show on 8/30/07. She was Best Opposite Sex on 8/31/07 at the Northern Kentucky KC show (to her half-brother Nickel!). And she was Best Opposite Sex on 9/1/07 at the Lexington KC show. Labor Day weekend was a very good weekend for the Heartsong team!

 

March 2007: Song, BISS Ch Prairie Heartsong, was Best Opposite Sex at the Gateway Vizsla Club specialty under judge Brian Meyers.

 

February 2007: Song, BISS Ch Prairie Heartsong, was Best of Breed and Sporting group 2 under judge Patricia Leakey Brenner at the Central Indiana Kennel Club show on February 10, 2007.

 

Nina, is now Ch Heartsong Closing Argument, she picked up her second major under Bettie Krause going Best of Winners to finish at the Hoosier Kennel Club show on February 11, 2007 in Indianapolis.

 

June 2006: Song, BISS Ch Prairie Heartsong, was Best of Breed at the supported entry at the Echo Hills Kennel Club show in Troy, OH under judge Sandra Lex. She won an Award of Merit at the Miami Valley Vizsla Club specialty on June 17, 2006, also in Troy, OH  under judge Paula Nykiel.

  

June 4, 2006: Nina, Heartsong Closing Argument, took Best of Breed at the Southern Indiana Kennel Club show, over four specials, and went on to make the cut in the sporting group, one day shy of turning 9 months old!

 

Hedy, Heartsong Queen Zadwiga, was Reserve Winner’s bitch at the Southern Indiana Kennel Club show on the same day, also one day shy of 9 months old. This litter was sired by Ch Bayview’s Tradewind x BISS Ch Prairie Heartsong.
